I think they have pretty amazing graphics, and I love the art-style of the game. Graphics aren't all about how many pixels can be pushed.Hinesmdc said:i know its the number 2 best rated game ever, but that doesnt mean you need to blow the graphics out of porportion, which people around here seem to be doing.
When I say "better graphics...", I mean the graphics look better to me.Hinesmdc said:well when you say "better graphics" that certainly means polygon count
or else you would say "cooler art style" or "unique looking graphics"
Homicidal Cherry53 said:Dude, Zelda got #1 because Ocarina of Time completely revolutionized the action adventure genre, and is considered by many to be the best game of all time. Even if you don't like it, the fact that so many people have it as their favorite game, I think merits the top spot on gamerankings.
Strubes said:That's debatable. It didn't really revolutionize anything as far as I could see it, but hey. People have opinions. Oh well.
I agree, but if you look at the time at which OoT came out, you will see that there really was no other game like it that came before it, and many new elements included in OoT changed the genre forever. When it came out, there had never been an action-adventure game like that.Mai Valentine said:Well the thing is that you had to play OoT right when it came out to see the revolutionary aspects of it. If you played it anytime after that, so many games copied (and improved upon) elements of OoT that it wouldn't seem revolutionary in comparison.![]()
It was DIET OOT.fhqwhgads said:Well, Twilight Princess was just OoT.
Well, what should come in ahead of it?SpartanEvolved said:Bioshock doesn't deserve number 2, but it is a great game.
