Details on the next TR game, Tomb Raider Underworld, hitting the 360, PS3, and PC sometime in 2008

Personally, I loved Tomb Raider Legends, and if Underworld is a continuation of that storyline, I think it will be cool.
 
I still play to this day the original Tomb Raider on the PS1. It's the only TR game that I truly like. All the sequels strayed away from what made the original so great. The TR remake is awesome as well and I still have to play legends.
 
I love Tomb Raider from my previous post. :D I had the original Tomb Raider and it was my first video game ever played.
 
I never played the originals, but I really enjoyed Anniversary and Legends on the PC. Looking forward to the new one for sure.
 
I think you wouldn't need the originals if you played Anniversary. The sequels aren't needed to be played. IMO.
 
I never got into the Tomb Raider games. I always figured they were popular simply because of Laura Croft's, uh, well, you know.
 
Nah. A reason but not the main reason. It had a fantasy element to the action/adventure. (fantasy as mystical artifact)

You should play TR: Anniversary then. Borrow it or rent it. It is a great game. Normally I would recommend the PS1 version since it's atmosphere still hasn't been matched by the sequels or the remake, but the graphics did not age well. I personally don't mind them even today and if you think you won't either then play the PS1 version.
