Tomorrow is the 10th Anniversary of the Sega Dreamcast. As I predicted, Sega was up to something big to embark their beloved mascot besides releasing Sonic & Knuckles onto the Xbox Live Arcade.

This very well could BE the greatest Sonic game since Sonic CD or Sonic 2....

I think this old fart, is going to cry in joy...*holds back the tears* :'(
 
Now if that, Castlevania, Metroid, and Mega Man all went back to 2D, I'd be in gaming heaven... (I mean if they went back to 2D on a full console instead of just handheld.)
 
Well Mega Man is doing a fair job of staying in 2D.

Metroid and CastleVania? Yeah totally, but it seems the portables are handling the work the consoles don't want :(
 
well this is great news for the blue hedgehog, it's the only series that i hated how it went to 3D (after adventure 2)

i am actually fine with other 2D to 3D series changes (specially metroid and only the legends series i guess) though i never played a 3D castlevania game
 
Thank you Jesus. I remember talking for a long time about how I wish they just made Sonic 2 in HD and brought that to PSN and XBLA...depending on gameplay vids, this may be way better.
