yeah, i find it hard to go off a quarter pipe, your basically stopped by the time u get there

and doing flip tricks other than shuvits and kick/heelflips is basically impossible
 
If I wanted realism, I'd just skateboard in real life. I don't play Ghost Recon to do patrols all day with no results, clean latrines, and get killed by an IED in a Humvee. I play it for the action!

you cant compare shooting people to skateboarding

i'm going to be honest... this game rocks. i was playin tony hawk the other day and i was just like.... this is boring. skate is the real deal... and i have it on reserve! :D
 
Whats different between this and Tony Hawk is that this is the more of a real game than a imaginary 50 foot ramp jump you'd see in Tony Hawk. But I can't wait to get my hands on this! ;D

Which is what I'm pointing out that the thrills of Tony Hawk are sometimes unreal where Skate gives you the realism of actual skating in Skate.
 
Buying a skateboard is cheaper than buying the game if you want the real deal. Other than that, it's Tony Hawk or bust.
 
not even close dude. it makes you feel awesome, easily doing moves that pros can do, and not by simply pressing buttons. what you do is what you get in Skate.

its a true skating game

true to the sport

It may take years to master a skateboard but for the gamers, it may take only 10 minutes to take a clear idea of controls for the game.
