Brad Pitt to star in this film adaption? Hmm

This would be an AWESOME movie. I'd love to see a handsome scruffy John Marston on the screen. :-*

(SUCH A MANLY MAN. Yeah, manly men are great.)

Yeah, I know I'm great. :D

But I'd like to see the movie. I don't really have any desire to play the game but to put a story like that into a movie would be really neat, if they dont make it complete trash like the majority of movies based off games.

I really wonder how they'd handle the "twist" at the end. In a game you can get away with
changing protagonists, so long as the gameplay is unchanged
but in a film its a little trickier to do something like that.

Anyway, I'd pay to see this game turned into a movie, especially if Brad Pitt is in it (I think he's a good actor).

I would definitely watch this movie as well, but the thing that might keep me from enjoying the movie is Marston's voice. I feel his voice fit the character perfectly. I guess we'll see.

This would actually be a rather good adaptation, considering the game played off nicely from the old classic western styles, that means the movie will be partly a tribute to those too ^_^

They could probably get away with it being Jack telling the story of his father? That could work... :?

I really dont see how handling the twist at the end would be a problem. Seeing as it is pretty much at the end they could handle it the same way as the game. Since the twist is pretty much at the end of the game,
the part after john dies could only be 5 minutes long since their isnt a whole lot of story after that besides jack killing that agent, not all of it is necessary

I think that Hugh Jackman would make a better Marston, but I guess Pitt wouldn't be bad either. They're both class A actors.
