i was wondering what was the last thing everyone bought? for me it was 3 5 hour energy drinks (to prepare for the work weekend) and 2 packs of camel lights. before that it was the orange box for ps3. portal is hilarious, i don't know why i waited this long to buy it.

I bought a new Dell XPS laptop as well recently because my IBM is starting to croak... and I cannot live (literally) without a laptop. If both my laptop and desktop died, it would be like carrying a live toaster into a pool of water. I would have bought another IBM, but I am not fond of Lenovo. I had a T41P prior to the Lenovo buy out. At the old office I worked at, I got them a couple Lenovo's... and they work well for the most part, but had some troubles.

oh yeah... because of Dell's discounts and my work discount (since we do a crap load of business with Dell)... I got $900 off on my laptop. I guess working a crapload of hours in IT has it's rewards :lol (kidding... I do enjoy my job a lot).
It's one of those Product Red M1330 XPS systems.
