The 360's hit a slump since no more Americans want it right now. Plus, it's got no games coming.

That has nothing to do with it, because neither does the PS3.
...The PS3 is just starting to get games. But I guess MGS4 is going to be ignored, along with LittleBigPlanet. My bad, Hines.

Not this again. They both have games coming out.

Did you forget about Ninja Gaiden 2? Metal Gear Solid 4? Gears of War 2?

And before anyone gets nitpicky and goes "Oh but those don't come out until later this year," well, no one specified what time frame they meant when they said there were no games coming out for either the PS3 or the 360.

My point exactly. 360 = Gears 2 and Fable 2, PS3 = MGS4. I don't know where you get off saying 360 has no games coming.

How wasn't a 2 year streak for Microsoft not interesting? Sony realized their horrid mistakes, fixed them, and now people actually want one.

They're 2 year streak? Oh yeah..you mean the year the PS3 wasn't around. Yeah, that probably hurt them. And how the PS3 didn't have many games in its first year. That helps too.

Ok then...one year streak. Problem solved.

*claps*

the 360 being outsold for two months in a row means one of two things for me. Either Microsoft is still having minor 360 shortages from the holiday season or the PS3 has turned a corner in North America, and will start consistently outselling the 360. If the PS3 outsells the 360 again in March, I'd say Microsoft is in trouble, considering half of the 360's worldwide sales are from North America.

Just a question. Why do sales numbers matter to you guys so much? Like, um, who gives a shi....? Just play what you like and be happy, man! :D

But that's not how fanboys roll. ::)

Still interesting though. In my eyes it means that the videogame industry is doping well, and everyone is selling their consoles.

GTA IV is about to come out as well next month. Whether people like or not it's going to sell and it's going to move some consoles too.

Then MGS4 is going to come out and people like me are going to buy the bundle. So be prepared for the 360 and PS3 to trade spots over the course of this year.

Yes, undoubtedly. The question is will it sell more 360's or PS3's.

My guess it'll be pretty close. Some people will go with the 360 for the episodic content and others would go for the PS3 for the fact that GTA feels better on that type of controller. Seriously have you played a GTA game with a Xbox controller it feels too bulky.

Yeah..it's great. You can move the camera around while you drive, while on the PS2, your thumb is constricted to the X button.
