It's kinda hard to aim cannons at moving objects though. Especially ninjas.

Who needs to aim? You've got well over 50 cannons on some ships. You could just shoot them all in the general vicinity of the ninjas, and they're finished.

Except ninjas have these things called legs, so they can do something called move. They're much faster than a pirates hand.
 
Except ninjas would have to be the handgun there, since you can't compare something slow with a ninja.

Well, would you rather they fight with absolutely nothing? Clearly ninjas would win then, but pirates have a big technological advantage, and that's worth quite a lot.

What big technological advantage? Are they going to be using missile launchers and AK-47's? If we're talking about traditional pirate weapons then even you should know that they are both slow and innacurate. Mix that with a pirate's awful aim and you got yourself an extremely weak advantage.

Is this statement serious? Ninjas are trained to adapt to their surroundings since they have to kill people in many different ways. A pirate ship is just another weapon to them.
 
i say ninjas because they can use ninjutsu, genjutsu and are faster than pirates
