Official Super Smash Bros. Brawl Topic

Okay, I deleted further discussion of Phoenix Wright from this thread, after my post above. Any offenders received a warning PM; if you did not receive one, don't worry... you did nothing wrong. Let me be clear that I am only speaking to those who derailed the topic, not those who responded to the derailing.

I accidentally deleted a couple of messages that did not need to be deleted, though, and I apologize for that.

Now, back on topic.

I'm really hoping the 35 character "leak" is true. Marth's my main character in Melee, so I'm hoping it will stay that way. xD

same here XD i still got sheik, mario and samus as secondary characters but marth was my top favorite

Yep. So far the only character I play regularly, Sheik, has been confirmed. I'm waiting on Captain Falcon and Marth.

not really.. if what sakurai says is true.. that every character will have a different flavor then we can be counted as noobs too XD.. besides i was not that good at melee to beging with xD

Trust me, I'm sure extensive experience with Melee is helpful. I haven't played it in years.

Same here. I've accumulated years in playing that game.

Anyway, my friend told me that Capain Falcon IS in the game (he has inside sources). So I'm happy.

And if I go with a new character it will probably mean I'll get even more pwned. :lol

The games are supposedly entirely different in terms of... well, everything... so no worries there. I stopped playing Melee awhile ago so I wouldn't be "jetlagged" on old Melee techniques.

As for Fox, yeah, Fox got gimped in this game so I'm sure you won't be very happy about that. He's now lighter than Kirby. o__o

More likely he saw the picture of Red Alloy, who has the exact same stance as the Almighty Captain Falcon.
 
How awesome would it be if they changed the backmusic as songs like, let the bodies hit the floor, sinner, have a nice day,BOOM, rwakfist or other pump songs?

They'd have to do licensing, which could raise the game price. Not to mention it's already gone gold.
 
Eh, it's already an epic soundtrack, and as cool as some songs would be, they'd defeat the purpose of Smash. Smash is a collaboration of Nintendo stuff, real bands it ain't.

know what's sad, i had an idea for a game called Mario Combat when I was a kid, but thought nah, that wouldn't be any good.

Doubtful, they've already got tons of music and they want us to listen to it.
