Official Super Smash Bros. Brawl Topic

That was Rayquaza. He's one of the Legendary Pokemon, first introduced in Ruby and Sapphire, and made the star of Emerald.

I always thought he looked cool but was pretty meh otherwise.

The big thing people are trying to figure out is why said Pokemon was in the water, when Rayquaza was supposed to be ruling the skys.

And of course, Gamefaqs has silly pokemon battles based on the short video:

Fox used DOUBLE TEAM!
Fox used MIRROR COAT! (Fox has uber speed)
Rayquaza used DRAGON PULSE!
It was reflected!
It was super effective!
Rayquaza fainted (dragon weak to dragon)

I wonder if they'll have the 10+ metal gear RAYS from MGS2.

THAT WOULD BE SWEET :D :rockin

today update ike final smash.......... i like it XD i think ike is gonna be MY matrh replacement, but is just a prediction i'm not sure yet, i have to look how fast he is, but if he is at least at samus' speed then i will be happy to use Ike

TAAAAUNNNTS XD i loved some taunts but i never used mario's taunt becaus it was too slow... now i have many different choises, and as for handicaps........i think i discovered the only thing i never used in super smash XD usually when i played with noobs i just didn't evade and i didn't use items (in other words i didn't fight with my whole potential)

I dont think anyones appreciating the sweetness of this situation!

Yea, Sakurai makes Kirby, so it makes sense for him to want to show off his creations.

Besides, King DeDeDe is the only heavyweight with 5 jumps.

O_O I'll make you like him, I will take you down in Smash every time with him and you will learn to fear and respect Dedede.

Now you can Bet on Brawl with Spectator Mode (bet your coins)

Those with a gambling addiction or who just simply "like to watch" are in for a treat when Super Smash Bros. Brawl finally (hopefully) launches in February 2008. Hot off the official Brawl website is the news that Nintendo's all-star fighter will include a Spectator mode, allowing players to sit back and watch the carnage without lifting a finger.

Not content to simply let players observe each battle, Nintendo has also included a betting system, where players can use their hard-earned coins to wager on combatants during each Brawl battle. Winning can pay off big, but Nintendo has sweetened the pot even more by promising copious amounts of stickers to all the spectators, with the potential for "extra prizes."

Of course, regular paranoid Wii online limitations still remain: you won't be able to see the names of any of the players you'll be watching, and Spectator Mode matches you with upcoming online battles automatically, so it doesn't seem like you'll be able to follow one fighter over a number of matches. And we don't even really know what those coins will do in the game. Still, everyone likes gambling, right?
