Online would help it, but Super Smash is one of those franchises that really doesn't need it. Then again, it would be more than welcomed.

Well alot of people were saying MP 3 had online...until the public was let down, knowing that it doesn't. Online can do nothing but help SSBB though. I'm confused though. Is this Ash Ketchum or is it some generic trainer? I don't want to have a battle of "Pokemon Trainer vs Link" or anything like that.

I think that's a mistake. Super Smash has always been about battles of epic proportions. It's about giving people the battles they've only dreamed of. Honestly, I'd say people would prefer Ash Ketchum over a generic Pokemon Trainer...

First, Metroid Prime 3 was never said to be working on or having Wi-Fi in any way. SMash said they would have it unless it lagged too badly. Second, it's the male trainer from Fire Red and Leaf Green.

It was never officially stated that MP would have online play, but the people wanted it. That's for another discussion though.

@hines...I know it isn't ash..that's why I'm upset. :lol

It should be Ash, he's a big part of Nintendo if you think about Pokemons success. Either way though, good adition. :)

The Fire Red and Leaf Green trainer is the remake of the original trainer, which started Pokemon(and was an amazingly high selling game).

I think it'd be kinda cool if they added in a Team Rocket character to counter the Pokemon Trainer type deal.

Yeah and Pokemon Trainer (Who can use Charizard, Squirtle, and Ivysaur as characters while he stands outside the stage. You get to play as Chrarizard YAY!)

Don't worry about it man. It happens all the time. Sometimes you gotta dig deep to see if anyone else posted about it. I've made that mistake myself. :)
