I think the project was buried. Thanks for resurrecting this one, when I get some more time I'll (or someone else) will do some quick research to find out what happened to the project!
 
I think this was buried... I Would've been extremely interested in this title...

The PSP could've used more shooters as well.. That's one thing I miss... good shooters.

I agree. Somehow I felt that when the home consoles and portables became powerful enough to do the arcade games justice, the genre died. No one seemed to be interested anymore. sad
