Guitar Hero 3!

No you don't need the game, but I think it's perminately up there for download... It wouldn't hurt just to go and download it if you know you're gonna get the game.

Even though im mostly anti- GH, this game is shaping up to be a cool distraction. (But pales in comparison of ROCK BAND!!! :rockin )

So what you're saying is that due to Guitar Hero I and II, you're better at the guitar than other instruments?

i dont get what you're saying

iv played guitar hero 1 and 2, yet the third one is still a huge challenge to me, and rock band is not. its not a bad game, it just has a super easy guitar portion

Well, the focus of Guitar Hero is the guitar, as opposed to Rock Band balancing everything. Still, different songs could be harder.

yeah, i know what you mean

the game is about the enjoyment of being together, not just shredding

but still, it makes it a bit boring for guitar hero vets

Man I don't know how much longer I can take it. Every night I go to sleep with pain in my left hand, should I stop playing guitar hero? Yet everytime I do give it up, my skills keep declining the more I stay away from the game. I love the game, but it's getting fustrating when my hand feels like, I ran over it.

Oh dude, definitely stop. That's a sign of carpal tunnel. I've had minor carpal tunnel several times. Just lay off videogames/internet for a few days until it goes down, otherwise you'll have to get a very expensive surgery.

no, its not carpal tunnel

guitar hero is different than playing regular video games, your hands are moving differently, and they are just not used to it. just like running a mile, you get sore afterwards

Carpal tunnel can be from anything electronic related, pretty much. It's repetitive motion injury. Typing on a keyboard, playing a game with a controller, playing Guitar Hero, all repetitive motions.
