I got 5 stars on it last week..took me FOREVER but I did it! Pull-offs and hammer-offs are the only way to learn.
 
Bah, the only thing that guitar heros good for, imo, is taking the controler and playing Halo 3 with it. You can get dual brute shotguns and be like "Lets rock" 8)

One of my friends didn't know how to do them. I was like dude, you NEED them. :lol What frustrates me is some places would be perfect for a hammer-on or pull-off and they are not used in those places. I was like :? but..??? :-[
 
I have a friend who CANNOT for the life of him do hammer ons and pull offs yet he beat I and II on expert, idk how he does it
 
That's amazing, Auron. :o I actually never really used hammer-on and pull-off until I tried 5-starring every song on Medium, and for me there was no other way to do it than with the hammer-on and pull-off. It's so much easier to do in GH 2 and 3 than it was in the first one.
 
Newest bonus tracks are TOTALLY free. Which are the "Solo" boss battle themes. That's right, you can now play the entire "Devil Went Down to Georgia" by itself. Including Slash's and Tom Morello's solos too!
 
Yeah I cant wait to actually get this game for myself so that I dont have to wait until Im with my friends to play it. I played it a lot over the weekend and I cant wait to get it soon. Guitar Hero is addicting lol.
 
So how many got the downlaod packs yet? I only got the freebies the boss battle pack and the halo one, I want to get the Foo fighters one and maybe velvet revolver.

i got them all, including the soundtrack trio. So 13 in total (including the Halo theme)
