Fondest video game moments with friends?

One of mine was when halo came out and my friends Joe, travis, and I would play for hours just goofing off in blood gulch. Like trying to get the tank on top of the bases :lol

Good times.

How about you?

mine is playing tales of symphonia almost all night with 3 of my friends.... when we realized it was 4:00AM their faces were priceless (they were suposed to go home earlier)

I've done a few...One time I played GoW with one of my friends for like 10 hours straight, it was an all nighter and we beat it like twice and it was fun haha. We also did the test of the G-d's I think it is called, not sure.

I remember playing GoldenEye for pretty much 72 hours one weekend with a few friends... I was so trashed at the end of that. :-[

That's one experience we share, I did the same thing several times when that game came out

Yeah, the N64 was the golden age of multiplayer gaming for me and my friends. Monster Truck Madness was a great time, and all the WCW vs. NWO games were classic. MK64, Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day... the list goes on and on.

Ditto. Between Mario Kart 64, Perfect Dark, and Cruis N World, my friends and I played the N64 all the time.

I've also had really awesome times with Halo and Rock Band more recently, though. ^_^ In the days of Halo and Halo 2 some of my friends from work had LAN parties almost every weekend, and it was always a blast.

Playing the capture the flag thing in Pokemon Diamond was really fun with three people...my friends and I cracked up because it was hilarious to catch people in traps. ^_^

Most recently I've been having fun playing Mario Kart DS with a few friends at work while we are on break or lunch. Most of the time we take longer than we should because we're having so much fun. :D

It has to be when my daughter was 6 years old. I remember picking up bubble bobble out of the bargain bin for my Commodore 64. Instant hit. We played that thing to death every night. We had hours and tons of fun. That game kept us busy for months. It was popular with us for years until we discovered bomberman on the Turbo Grafx 16. Years later when the original bubble bobble came out for the GBA, I picked up a couple of copies and some wireless links and we revived some old memories. :)

It was a game I liked to call kill the scientist. It involved GoldenEye 64 and any sucker that decided to be a scientist became the target of the others. Playing Doom, Doom 2, Quake, Heretic, Hexen, Warcraft 2, Starcraft, and some others over the modem was a lot of fun. I miss those days. More recently I've enjoyed LAN parties and playing Mario Golf and any variant of Mario kart.

Another one that defines alot of my childhood is playing the star trek the next generation game for Sega Genesis. We played that game all the time. We could never find all the mine workers though :-\

My first memorable experience was playing Rambo on the Sega Master System. A few buddies and I would play that game for hours. Then one of us got an NES. NES baseball was the next big thing. San Francisco Giants with red uniforms?? Yeah, the graphics sucked. But nobody cared.

Next was the mighty N64. Another buddy had one, and we'd stay up all night playing Goldeneye and WCW vs NWO.

As a kid, my sisters and I played full-contact Tetris 2 and Dr. Mario. Good times.

Once I had the very best party ever with me and Mai and two of our friends playing FFXI at the diving beetle camp just outside Jeuno. Even though we died. :D And a role-playing session at the Steaming Sheep tavern in Bastok. Many lols were had.

Now though pretty much Rock Band is where it's at. Mega and Alee didn't get to hear my singing live, which sucks because it was funny, but I think I probably would have messed them up. Jaded is going to write alternate lyrics to all the songs to mess us up.

Yeah, Rock Band is something I'll look back on many years from now with very fond memories. I don't get to play this game nearly as often as I'd like to, but when I get the time, and there's four or more of us, it's pretty sweet.

When I was 11, sitting in my basement with my brother playing super nintendo. I would take the day off school then go farther into Earthbound then he was and he would get so mad he would beat me up haha good times.

Your fondest videogame moments are ones that involve sibling abuse? That's hilarious. :lol

Even when games are non-violent, there is always a way to make it violent.
