"FF VIII"/"Full-Life"/Draw/Monster

I've searched the net for creatures in "FF VIII"(PS1 NA Version) that you can Draw "Full-Life" spells from.I tried other gaming sites but with no luck.Every time I type in "FF VIII" Bestiary,I get the monster list but not the draw magic. :
