Used to be RE2 but RE4 just barely beats it.

Even though I was extremely let down with its short and lazy ending,I'd still have to go with "RE4".If any Capcom programming staff is viewing this,stop being so freakin' lazy with respect to the cinematic endings,this game is no easy win,it wouldn't kill you guys to put little more effort into it in the near future.
