Earth Worm Jim 3, pirate cart?

I just saw Earth Worm Jim 3 for the NES. I think it's actually Earth Worm Jim 2.

But, I think the NES was pretty much dead (in the US anyway) when Earth Worm Jim was released.

Is this a pirate cart, or an actual release. I would assume pirate cart, but it is a pretty decent port.
 
do you have a picture of it? MORE than likely it is a boot.

was earth worm jim 3 on the Super Nintendo? I am forgetting right now... for some reason, I thought the Earth Worm Jim series was on Sega only... or maybe I am thinking Toe Jam and Earl... :lol

Earthworm Jim 3 did not exist, only Earthworm Jim 3-D on N64

That cart sounds like a pirate

Earthworm Jim 1 or 2 was on GameBoy, GBA, GameBoy Color, PSX, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, GameGear, PC, and Sega CD

Well Earthworm Jim 3-D can be considered "3" they say..

Yes there was a Toe Jam and Earl III on Xbox. It's pretty hard to find however
 
Maybe that is what I was thinking about. Even when I was younger... I always kept getting the 2 confused... I have NO CLUE why.
When I would talk about the games and what-not.....
