halo isnt only for bungie

halo wars isnt by bungie, so the people that are making that might branch off and explore other genres with the halo universe

That's because Bungie gave ensemble the license, but I doubt Bungie will ever give the license away for another person to make another Halo first person shooter.

@Homi...from an earlier post....you really think Zelda's game play revolutionized games...? I don't see how it did anything different..but an opinion's an opinion...and All this Nintendo nonsense will now go to another thread if you please.

Well actually the first three books all tie in with Halo 2. It goes The Fall of Reach which ties in with Halo and The Flood book Which tie into The First Strike which Halo 2 takes place right after that. That's what I heard from my Halo crazy friend though but I believe he is severly right
 
True. And Ghosts of Onix ties through Halo2 and, fro what m freinds have told me, it links a small part of the inbetween Halo 3, and sort of just in it.

Can't remember what the fifth book is called, but it is supposed to tie up all those loose ends that anyone may have missed! (Trust me. You WILL know the secret behind the Foerunners!)

The thing is, it actually looks FREAKIN AWSOME!!!!! And that pics heaps better than the one i got back at home.... I beleive I might just hijack that image!

Actualy makes me wonder what would happen if Bungie did decided to make a Card or Boardgame version of Halo.
 
Maybe it oould be a mix between that?????? LOL!! HELL NO!! It'd be ruined!

Yes!!, now you too!!! Can steal cars, kill gansters, buy guns and get laid by some bad looking protsy, take her to a beach, do your stuff and whatch your life bar slowly go up, then it stops, she hops out, you hop out to, so your kill her and get your money back!

Very true. Things really arn't like they were 10 years ago. But thats what happens when technology advances. Hm, perhaps that's a partial reason for Bungie leaving? Perhaps they got a better deal with some other higher tech game? :?
 
Or maybe Bungie said "Hey guys, we have enough money to live off of for the rest of our lives. Good job on the Halo trilogy. Good game guys, good game." and let that be that. :lol
