I finally got a chance to watch it. I only saw the first part up to where Lloyd and Genis leave Iselia to try and catch up to Kratos and Collette. I'm not used to the Japanese voice actors yet, but I do like Raine's and Kratos' VAs. Collette sounds even younger than she did in the video game...

Basically, hearing about Tales of the World is the reason I got another PSP (I had one before but got rid of it). So now the game is out, and the question is, was it worth it? And the answer is: Yes. Most definitely. :) TotW: RM is not a standard Tales game. It's more of a dungeon crawler...
