Zelda 4 Swords

Who else likes this game? I have barely got to break mine out yet..... but describe what you like and how you would classify this game...

I really like it.

It's a lot like Link to the Past. The dungeon layouts are similar. It's also similar to LttP graphically. But it has beautiful particle effects and other graphical coolness straight from the Wind Waker.

In a way it's comparable to FF: CC, although IMO Four Swords Adventure is a lot better. But then again I am a huge Zelda fan so I'm probably a little biased. I do think that FSA has a much better single-player experience, while FF: CC is best when played with at least 3 or 4 people.

What do you do on single player? I wont be able to play multi-player due to lack of friends with GBA's, but if it has a good enough single player then i'll probably rent it.

Well it's mostly the same as multiplayer, except that instead of controlling one Link, you have to control all four in single-player. It's really easy to do, though. Also, in SP you don't have to use a Game Boy Advance, although you can if you want to.

Some of the puzzles are easier to do in single player because you don't have to fight with other people.

You know that part in the original Legend of Zelda where to get to Dungeon 5 you have to go up, up, up the mountain? There's a part in Four Swords that's just like that. I was like OMG when I saw it. It was really cool. :hat
