I've read the Wii Zapper will come out bundled with a software disc. Unfortunately this will probably be just a tech demo title similar to Wii Play. The Zapper peripheral will be compatable with RE: UC as well as several other shooters, but I seriously doubt a new Resi game would retail for under thirty dollars. Still lookin' forward to buying it, though. I think Umbrella Chronicles is gonna be killer...
I think they just mean that a game's control scheme will be compatible with the Zapper. Games that require a lot of waggle and such (Rayman, for instance) might be unruly or impossible to use with the peripheral...
