Why can't I have only have 100 friends on Xbox Live?? 1 reason, 1 game to blame.

Only a 100 friends? Why not more?


HALO 2 is the reason why 360 cannot go passed 100 friends. It comes to a halt when it hits 100 friends.

HALO 2 is still the number 1 original Xbox game still played to this day and since the original Xbox Live was programmed to have only 100 friends max is the reason why the 360 users cannot go above 100.
 
In my honest opinion, I've only met ONE dude who has over 100 friends. Seriously, how many people here know or have 100 friends you talk to on a daily basis?? I would say I talk to 15 friends in a week. Yet on X360? Roughly 3 or 4 once a week.

So this is not a big issue imho unless you're a super celebrity who loves XBL and have friends request like crazy! lol
 
Very true. But still, there are some people out there who will have a lot of friends because they just add everyone they meet. Who knows how some work. lol
 
even i got like 53 brawl friends and that's just because i went to some forums to fight random people....but even then i couldn't even get to the max number... so a 100 XBL friends is a big big big number to me too
