White Knight Chronicles Thread

What Sony did mention it! They not only had the preview trailer on GTTV last week but it was playable on the show floor and was even shown during the montages during the conference. I actually cant wait to get it to be honest for it looks amazing.

I'm not too sure on the multiplayer aspects, since it is not focused on the storyline.

Ohhhh that's the Japanese review. Yeah, the American version changed a lot of stuff, making the coop more loosely story concentrated. I love how the characters and weapons and equipment and level gaining transfers over easily between single and multiplayer. I'm excited to build a city, and have my friends shop and buy stuff at MY city, thus improving my city's economy. Plus, with 5 new coop missions per month for free, this game has a ton of playability for me.

Whoa whoa, back up. "For free"? Are you saying there is a monthly fee to this game?

Not at all. The 5 new missions come as DLC per month..and that DLC will be free.

But seriously, this looks like all my favorite games wrapped up in one- ICO/Shadow of the Colossus, Final Fantasy, and Dark Cloud.
Seriously, I need $400...
Nah, I'm still kidding xD
But I really do want a PS3 :P

I just paid this off yesterday :) Can't wait!
 
I just got it, installed it (2.8GB not bad), and a truckload of options for character creations including what he/she will sound like in voice.
 
After 2 hours of gameplay, I kept feeling like this was a clone of Final Fantasy XI. However, right when the first 2 hours ends, your mind will be blown away.

Anime fans will adore this game, it has a very familiar feel to the voice acting and scenario.

Good things I hear, but is there anything you dislike about the game?
 
Thinking of trading 3 games in to JB HI FI to get this later on.

Just one question the gameplay in this is it alot to take in or is it pretty simple to understand?
