What PSP games can you guys recommend me?

I just picked up a PSP bundle with MLB '10: The Show for $127! :D


Has anybody played MGS: Portable Ops? I'm planning on getting Peace Walker, but have heard virtually nothing of PO.

if you get peace walker portable ops is basically an obsolete game... peace walker is like a much much much better and upgraded version of PO.

and the story of PO is not relevant and not ever touched upon again in the MGS series while peace walker is the true sequel to snake eater.

Thanks. I guess if I ever see it for $5 or something I might get it. Peace Walker it is.

I just ordered Lunar a few days ago, looking forward to it.

Also - Star Ocean First Departure, Poplocrois, Dead Head Fred and Crush are all really good.

Not true at all! If you hadn't played PO, having
Major Tom
as the main villain behind the Patriots would sort of come out of nowhere.

sorry but plenty of information is given in MGS3 and MGS4 about that... so much so that the info in PO becomes optional if not just unnecessary to sit through the entire game just for a tiny bit of information that is still revealed in other games anyway....
 
Well there's no information given in MGS3 regarding spoiler's involvement with the Patriots, it's really only in MGS4.

I still think you're better off even watching the cutscenes on Youtube than not knowing anything about it.

Edit - my copy of Lunar came today! :D

actually that was exactly what i did XD i watched all the cutscenes on youtube

I would totally agree, especially since you can get both of them (Patapon 2 and LocoRoco 2, anyway) from the "PSP Favorites" section of the PS store for $9.99. Another one of my personal must-owns, Twisted Metal:Head-On, is on that list too. Full disclosure, I know about this stuff partly because I work at a communications company that's affiliated with Sony, but a deal's a deal, especially when it's great games.
