Thinking about getting an XBOX

What are the essential games that I should get for the system?

I know everyone's going to say Halo 1 or 2. But I won't. Not my favorite games. Fable:The Lost Chapters is fun. Forza Motorshorts is cool. I guess it really depends on what games you like playing.

Like Dart says, there have been many topics on this, but I'll respond anyways. Exclusive games, you should get:

KOTOR (GET THIS GAME!!!!!!!! (unless you have it for p.c))
KOTOR 2 (Not as good but still worth it)
Jade Empire (lol this is the third straight game I've put from Bioware)
Halo (everyone but me seems to love it)
Halo 2 (good multiplayer bad singleplayer, but everyone STILL seems to love it)
Crimson Skies High Road to Revenge (awesome)
Fable (it's okay, but WAY to short and not nearly as good as it was sopposed to be)
Ninja Gaiden (brutally hard but still worth it)
and Morrowind (again, provided tyou don't have it for P.C).

That should be good to start off with.

Armed and Dangerous from LucasArts is one that's often overlooked. You can get it used for about $3-5 at game stores right now. There's also a PC version, though I haven't played that one.
