Simply because they are good.....that's all. I still play PS1 games and if they are remade/ported to new consoles it always makes my life easier

because name brands sell. Helps new comers and veterans become comfortable with a classic.

I'm not sure. If they're $40 with added 3D, I'll lose faith in Nintendo.
 
Is it just a port with 3d added? =/ That's all I can tell what most of the games for the 3DS are from the images I've seen.

I, personally, do not like 3d at all. I HATE 3d movies and such.

After seeing the trailer in 3D I am looking forward to this game. Even though it's not online, the multiplayer still looks cool.

aleeock I feel awkward in a theater watching a 3D movie. I wear glasses and having to sit there with another pair of glass on top of my glasses........ sucks.

I had my first look at the 3DS this past week at a local Gamestop. I was really impressed with the 3D and was happy that I did not get motion sickness, a concern of mine. That being said,

Star Fox 64 is a favorite game that I still play on the N64. This might be the game that brings interest for me in the 3DS. I am going to keep an eye on this one. I have so much been wanting a portable N64. This might be the next best thing. Seems like they are porting N64 titles to the system. Strange............
 
It's worth a rent, but I wouldn't buy it. There's no online multiplayer so the only replay value is in making high scores and unlocking different paths in the story mode. Unless you know people locally that you can play it with. :D
