Sony is the next Nintendo

I kind of agree but for different reasons.

I been loving my PSP and my PS3 recently mostly because of the 3rd party support they receive and the fact they are nice enough to fans to keep online for free. But as far as their first party games like killzone, uncharted, sly, ratchet and clank and little big planet go? I am not fond at all of them. I just dislike all of their first party games they just feel very average and foreign to me.

With the Exception of God of War of course I'll buy all God of war games they release because that is a sweet sweet series
 
I can't say I'm a huge fan of any of the series' besides God of War and Uncharted either. But I do agree that it's nice to see Sony making an effort to introduce new IPs.
 
It was nice seeing new IP's this console generation for Sony. They created amazing new franchises. Uncharted 2 being one of the most decorated games in gaming history is just one example of a new IP shining for Sony. The first Uncharted was great, but Sony has great luck in introducing new IPs and expanding upon them. Littlebigplanet and Littlebigplanet 2 received amazing scores and sold very well, as well as introducing the Play, Create, Share motto. Killzone I'll take over Halo any day. I just like the combat and the visuals better. inFamous and inFamous 2 are a joy to play, and really kept me happy for hours upon hours of gameplay. And Heavy Rain...just one of the most gripping games I've played in recent memory. Ohhhh, this article has been a fun one to read.
 
I just wished Sony would introduce another RPG instead of all these titles that I don't really care about >_> they had me hooked with Legend of Dragoon and I would like more of that
 
What do you think of this comment that someone left on the article?

Sony doesn't even have any MASCOT(S). That's why they have made so many new IPs. It's to see if one of the stick with us consumers.
