So who picked up Nintendogs?

Nintendogs rocks.

I have the Miniature Dachshund & Friends version and my dog is a Siberian Husky named Stormy.

She's really cute and playful. My favorite thing so far is playing frisbee with her. :D

If you have a DS, you should get Nintendogs.

I noticed it was rated really high for a DS game on Gamespot. I think Im going to have to check it out. Whats the difference between the different versions of the game? Can you still get the same dogs?

There's a different set of dogs for the 3 different games. I haven't got it yet, but I tried my cousin's. When I get enough money this is the next game I am buying.

Hey, I just got this a couple hours ago. It was the Chihuahua and friends one and it was gamestop's only copy! I have a German Shepherd.

I saw a commercial on this game. It seems weird to me. It reminds me of those little electronic pets that were so popular that they were virtually banned at schools because kids were spending more time with them than staying on task. But the graphics look cool. I'll probably buy it when I get my DS.

I think they were called tamagotchis

I have two dogs now. My other dog is a Shiba Inu named Tifa. The Shiba Inu doesn't come right away on my version (Dachshund & Friends), but it was unlocked because I went into Bark Mode with my roommate, who has the Lab & Friends version and she picked a Shiba Inu for her first dog. I've also had the Yorkshire Terrier (Chihuaha & Friends) unlocked when I got a certain amount of trainer points. Technically, all dogs are contained on all versions, but you only start out with 5 and the rest have to be unlocked either through Bark Mode or getting enough Trainer points (which you get by entering your dogs in competitions).

I need to see what the hype of this game is about.

My brother is getting it, and my mom loves going to the store just to play the demo version (She has no DS, but it's making her want one).

When my brother gets it, I'll try it out, and consider it.

I spoke with a buddy of mine at work, and he says his nephew picked up this game. I asked if he thinks it's cool. He looked at me like I was stupid. According to him, the thing sounds off like an alarm if the DS is "off" when you have to feed, train, etc, the dogs. Is this true?? If so, I'm gonna pass on this game. I have a hard enough time keeping up with the real pets that I have.

Yes. The were Tamagotchis. I saw an episode of I love the 90s on VH1, and they were talking about them. Everyone questioned why they were so popular in the first place. :lol

Uh... no. If it did then my dog would be flying across the room every time it beeped. :lol

Sorry for being so inconsiderate, i'll name them if u want.(still, u should have done your research.) Theres 1.Chihuahua and friends,
2.Dachshund and friends, 3. Lab and friends, 4.Dalmatian and friends, 5. Shiba and friends. I dont think this one really counts, but there is a rare verion called Nintendogs Best Friends Version. If u dont believe me look on eBay. (Thats my main source of research :P LOL)
