should i go back?

im drawing a blank...
I found this little game store today. Behind the counter they had n64s, ps1, gamecube, dreamcast, and just about every other console. The n64 was only $30 and the games were only $8. I walked out with little big planet 2. I feel like I made a huge mistake.

The mistake would be walking out without the n64. Just seeing it brought back memories.

I wouldn't call buying lbp2 a mistake, cuz it's really fun. I think the minds behind that one had to be high.

I agree, you can normally find them cheaper. Now if it was an almost perfect looking 64 that had the expansion pack and didn't smell like ash tray it might have been worth it!

They had smash brothers, conkers bfd, Mario 64, Mario kart, starfox 64, and all kinds of others.

8 dollars per gamer is cheap or expensive depending on the game. if it is certain gasmes they r still worth 25 er 30 bucks, others are only worth two bucks. wehat games were u eyeing...not getting a 64 seems sad to me. they r like the best system ever :) gooo back!

So......I went back. I took a closer look at everything. Conkers bad fur day was friggin 45 dollars! Does that seem right to anybody? That was 15 bucks more than the entire system. Somebody help me understand.

I've seen complete ones go for over $100. Just one of those games. :lol

You could get that game or you know, a lot of game that have come out recently.

But that would all depend on your personal preference obviously. If your a retro loving gamer or a more modern gamer.

Conker was dirty for a game on a nintendo system and garnered an almost cult following and became one of those rare titles people collected. It didn't hurt that the game was fairly decent either.

I think I have a conkers game and I think my husband does too, but I never played it. I had another one too, but I sold it on ebay.

I have seen lots of N64 games going for more then the system. If the game is a classic er really well loved game, lots of times they r expensive.

There r even a couple games on the gamecube that I wanna get that are going for 35 er 45 and to me the cube did not even feel like all that special of a system...but I guess it did have a lot of good games on it.

There are Super Nintendo games going for that much too...some are worth 70 bucks er more.
