River City Ransom for 50 cents! Yet..

MegaDrive20XX

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
So I'm at work, I get a call from my father. He found some NES classics for 50 cents each.

Dr. Mario, Conan, WrestleMania Challenge, Double Dragon, and River City Ransom.

I was excited today, I couldn't believe he found River City Ransom in the middle of no where for a MERE 50 cents.

I arrive home, to find....the label is scratched and there's a huge former rental sticker ON the cover. So I tried some stuff to remove it, but the poor thing's value has decreased so greatly.

I really hated the 80's and 90's when it comes to video game care. Stickers, people's names, labels, and other crap that's not needed. I know we don't think these games will gain value, but at least in this day and age we have a solid idea of the concept. However, after 10 years of game retail....kids never catch on...

Can't wait to play it, but I can't sell it since the label's condition is the biggest concern.

I love RCR.
A few years ago my friend sold me his NES, 3 controllers, a zapper, and a joystick along with a box full of 30 games for $20
River City Ransom was one of those games and became my all time favorite NES game, still have the manual somewhere. :D
