Panasonic made a new console. Yes it's 2010 and it's a portable.

LONG time ago, there was the Panasonic 3DO. Now, Panasonic returns with a slow sad portable called, The Panasonic "Jungle"....yes, called "The Jungle".

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'd have to see some gameplay before I got one or not. Interesting, though.

I love that comment "fun and games not included" but honestly unless this thing got like support from steam or has WoW I don't see this taking off. I'd like it If they got 3DO games but that's probably just me.

Being that they are gearing this toward a pacific small piece of the gaming market, one genre. I would say they are not wanting to sell very many units. Like how many gaming systems have done that and survived? That being said. :

It does look like a cool little handheld to mess with. I don't mind the size, looks good to me. Too bad there won't be any games to entice me to jump on board. :

If the OS turns out to be Linux, as is mentioned, there will be an abundance of hackers on board for the ride.
