Ogre Battle 64 // Fire Emblem // Shining Force Genre - Where do we stand?

hey everyone. As listed in the thread title, Ogre Battle 64, Fire Emblem and Shining Force 1+2 (Sega Genesis) are amongst my absolute favorite games.

They are war-ish revolution driven turn based strategy games. (Ogre Battle 64 is favorite game of all time, by far)

I know some of you are fans of this exact type of game, and i'm looking to you for help finding some more games of this genre to play.

Please help me out, I've been craving this so bad.

I personally loved Shining Force and don't think either the Fire Emblem series or the Ogre Battle series stack up to them, but...

I hear Final Fantasy Tactics might be up your ally if you like those games.

wwell i'm a big fan of the fire emblem series but not so much of the ogre battle.... however as stealth said final fantasy tactics is a good option.. regardless of wich version

yggdra union
advance wars 1, 2, dual strike and days of ruin (EXTREMELY RECOMENDED)
and if you want something even more complicated (recomended by homicidal cherry) civilization
