It's a sign of the death of the PSPGo. A major title like this being denied from the PSN is a scary future.
 
From what I'm hearing, this is mostly due to the fact that Disney didn't sign digital distribution rights. Of course, this is hearsay. So take that for what it's worth.

I haven't heard of other games having this problem, so it shouldn't be too bad for the PSPGo in general.
 
As a sole PSPGo owner, this doesn't worry me. One game won't change a console's life. There's plenty of other games to play. However, I would have loved to play this. Guess I'll just play it on my brother's PSP. ;)

And somehow signing it would make the game available? its not like all of Square Enixs games are up there...

Pretty much, but yeah it still bothers me when games like FF Tactics PSP isn't even there.

This isn't about Square-Enix. It's about Disney, who own the rights to the characters in the game. So yes, if they would sign it then it would become available.
