This training video was sent to major retailers to help their customer service employees help customers better.

Remember, back then, we had NO way of fixing NES systems and GameBoys except from Nintendo themselves. Much like today's modern PS3's.

:lol holy crap... I haven't seen that many Nintendo and Gameboy games in line since the old Toys R Us days... and their long shelves that have shrunk and became the R zone...
