New to Steam Mac vs. PC user's!!!

It's on, just got done playing Altitude on Steam and it's fun to be able to play more then just one System. there is no counter strike or modren warfare yet but I'm pretty sure that will change soon. ::D

Can you log into your old PC steam account? And if you can how does that work if you have a game that doesnt play on a mac?

I'm pretty sure you just log in with your old account information there should be no reason to create a new account, as for it not being able to play on a Mac, it's only on titles that are available on Mac and PC right now, but im sure the titles will be expanding soon, to get the full list of Mac Vs PC titles, go to Steam they have the full list. ::D

Steam works the same on both platforms. Games that are not marked by the Apple logo cannot be played on the Mac.

Now if you see a game tagged with, "Steam Play," it means it can be played on both Windows and Mac.

I see. I'm not getting a mac anytime soon, just curious how that worked.

Now if only OS X graphics drivers weren't antiquated and games actually ran well. We can hope, though the Mac gaming community will need to grow far larger before AMD/NVIDIA dedicate resources to these drivers.

Haha, so true. I didn't want to point out all the flaws, for fear of sounding like I was flaming, just one of the most glaring ones that isn't necessarily Apple's fault.
