...wait, you didnt draw the Batman?

We all have to start somewhere, Mega! Don't be so hard on yourself! Nobody "sucks" at drawing, it's just takes a lot of time and patience, not something many people have! If you truly enjoy drawing you will progress, but if you actually hate the act of drawing, you won't progress. If that makes sense? If you want to get serious I suggest getting some real paper and a little starter set with all of the basic tools :)

Hmm well, what I would suggest is to find a nice big picture of something you like and try to draw it just like you see in the picture. Just go real slow and make sure you are drawing things the right proportion. Once you get the proportions and dimensions right you will have mentally switch your brain to see the picture in only black and white so you can start shading it. Try to see the image in 2D and use shading to make it 3D. It sounds silly, but I find that squinting helps to see the different shades and if a certain area of my drawing is too light/too dark. It's actually almost impossible to go too dark, so don't be afraid to shade like crazy. Lastly, when shading an area dark, do it in layers, don't try to press super hard or you will have a bunch of visible pencil lines {not pretty!}. Good luck, Mega, you will get it :)

Seriously, Mega, don't get discouraged, just keep working on it and you'll start to improve. :D

drawing like all skills become honed overtime, criticising such early work is only negative to the development of your potential.
I will say that it's wise to draw on plain people, even for doodling and practises. You may not think it but lines on the paper will subtly effect how you draw. They'll do little to help you as far as frames go, frames for faces are always of a curved nature,
Another thing I'll say is to just mainly focus on doing the head and the face, getting use to drawing the centre of the image. To summerise the best help is to buy a cheap, plain paper pad and just doodle faces, eyes, mouths etc until you feel more comfortabe and you feel you're finding your style. Some people are persistant in doing anime but in practising you might find your own natural style that you're better with isn't stereotypical anime.
Don't be discouraged and goodluck.
