MGS4: A love letter to the Hardcore.

I really didn't know where to put this. But, I thought it would be better to put this piece into general discussion than the PS3 thread.

"...We shouldn't forget about the hardcore gamers whose lives are about videogames," he said. "The gamers who consider videogames a subculture, and enjoy taking their time to sit down and play games that gives them energy and courage. I wanted to remind those gamers about the fun of videogames."

"I know that we're going against the trend, but we've been working hard for the past four years so that the fire [of non-casual games] won't blow out."

Kojima, you are my hero. And I thank you for your masterpieces over the years. I will always put you above all other artists in my eye and I will love this masterpiece like I have with all your other masterpieces.

I hear rumors, MGS5 is being hinted...

I thought Kojima was finished with the series after 4. I wonder if this is another project his company is running. I thought he was retiring.

Mr. Kojima has been one of the best in the business if not the best. His story has been so involved that I can barely grasp the entirety of it. I am spellbound by the sheer massiveness that is Metal Gear.

I plan on getting the PS3 bundle when it comes out for two reasons. I want the Metal Gear game and box. I also want to upgrade my PS3.

There's several leads for the Ocelot conversation. MGS5 probably isn't likely. Alot of people are also speculating another Zone of the Enders sequel.
