Killer Instinct problem - anyone know the solution?

My killer instinct stopped working for MONTHS... but then all of the sudden started to work again.

Someone said it was due to something (either a memory card... or something like that).... does anyone know why it did that?
Or what device cause that to happen?

Never heard of that. Do you remember what devices you had on while it wasnt working?

well... I think I had the expansion in...
and maybe a memory card OR rumble pak.

you know what... I think it might be the rumble pak...

Okay I had a similar problem like this before, word of advice, do NOT put a Rumble Pak in the controller when trying to play this game, for some reason it stops the game from launching.

Im sure you've tried cleaning the cart?
