Idea: Phantasy Star Online DS ...

I know its not confirmed.... who knows if its in the works... but wouldn't it be cool to have a Phantasy Star Online DS... ONLINE 8 player capability.

There would have to be a lot of new stuff...etc... but wouldn't that be cool?

It would, actually. I couldn't play PSO online on my Gamecube because it wasn't supported in the UK due to difficultys or what not. So I would like this.
 
not only that... but it was a pain to go into the menu to switch spells.... use items..etc.


It would be NICE to have the inventory..etc.. on the lower screen while the action is going on the upper screen.

That would make things faster and more intense.

:lol yearly bump... I think this is a stellar idea... and should be done.

We probably will never see this into existence, but how cool would it be to do inventory on the fly with the stylus (instead of the battle going on while you are in the menu). I can tell you, I have been killed many times by the sewer monster (can't remember the name) because I was in my inventory.

Bring Voice Chat to the DS instead of the slow typing mechanism PSO also employed.

I think they could get a 9+ rated game IF they would tweak Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 and 2 and released it on the DS. I tell ou now, I would be hooked.

Depends how it was done.

I think it could, but you would probably have to pay $7 per month for the dedicated servers... I bet.
