I Paid $60 For A Game.I Don't Have A PC To Get The Extras Online.Is That Fair?

Hi People!

In a way I do.

Not everyone can afford a computer,because of that,they miss out on the extras that you get online.After shelling out $50 for a game I might add.
I guess if you think about it,if someone has enough money to buy a "PS3",or the "360",chances are they probably have enough money to purchase a computer.
All I know is back in the day it really sucked when "FF XI" was exclusive to online play,not my system.

There is so many video games that are enhanced by the Internet,unlockables,new features,etc.
I feel bad for those who pay top dollar for games only to find out that some of the coolest stuff is only accessible online.

Huh? I think what you mean to say is, they don't have a broadband internet connection to get the extras? I'm kinda confused to be honest.

A guy walks into ebgames store and buys "Saint's Row II" for let's say,$55.He gets home,looks at it and notices that their is some pretty wild features along with online gameplay for those who have a computer.Unfortunately,he can't afford a computer,so he misses out on all the fun because he doesn't have the money.It's not fair to a lot of people who can't afford a computer and would like to enjoy their game on another level,but still had to pay just as much as everyone else who has a computer to buy the game in the first place.

Is anybody else getting this? I mean no offense but I am still confused. You don't need an actual computer to go online. Your broadband connection connects to your PS3 or 360 and you go online through that. So you don't need an actual computer, all you need is the broadband internet connection and a modem.

But even so, if you can afford a 360 or PS3, you can afford a computer. I wouldn't expect game companies to not include those features to cater to like to 1% of the population that does not own a PC :P

I didn't know that Boss,I thought you had to have a PC in order to access this stuff.My Bad. :-[
