:lol Well there would only be one that would be opened from each store. As only one copy of a game can be tested.

Ah... well, I've heard about gamestop selling opened copies as new... that really pisses me off.. thats why i quit shopping there.

Yeah, most every game store does it. I even got to check out games when working at Best Buy and sold them as new.

The only difference is at Best Buy they let anyone who wanted to check it out of the store. You may have just been unlucky. It was nothing they talked about publicly.
