How is this a good thing? Fallout 3 is the size of Oblivion and more graphically detailed. Those of you who played Oblivion know that load times were sometimes horrendous. It was simply too large to stream directly from the disc. I don't see why Fallout 3 won't have this problem unless Bethesda's "background" installation has the game running off the hard drive. Maybe it will, but I'm suddenly not so confident about that.
