EA uses Xbox 360 graphics to sell Wii game, gets caught

Like this hasn't happened to any other game?? They realize this JUST now?

PS2 and Wii: Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and Tony Hawk uses the 360 screen shots all the time

Well basically, the artwork on the back of the case shows another game. Yet if you show the actual game in action, it looks nothing like the 360 edition. Instead, it's muggy, watered down graphics.

For the same reason people buy Wii games in the first place: they have no idea they're getting ripped off. :lol
