Wow I guess I will get back into this game over the semester. Probably two hours a day and then gotta get the DLC.

However Im 3 hours into the game with a Mage story. Still wondering around the castle

Oh wow, I cant wait to get back to this game, once I finish this semester and graduate. I stopped at 2 hours of gametime.

I'm lovin this game. Got a question though. I've noticed a lot of side quests that require you to buy DLC. Does the expansion pack cover all that (I believe it is called "Awakening")?
Also, I see there is a place to create an account on the main menu and an optional log in button. What is the purpose of this account and will need it if I buy the expansion pack through Steam?

If I remember correctly, the Awakening expansion pack is separate from all of the sidequest DLC. It's like buying the next episode of the game rather than a pack of DLC.

The account is an EA account and it tracks your game data. I don't believe you need it to purchase the expansion pack. Either way, it's really harmless other than spamming your email inbox with EA offers.

Will I need an EA account in order to buy side quest DLC, as it doesn't appear to be available through Steam?

Dragon Age: Origins anime feature film being released in 2011? YES. Looks like it'll happen. Funimation and BioWare will be working together to create the film.

I think I may be getting it too if that is the case, now they need to hurry up and announce it once the final DLC releases, or right along with it!
