Does The Use Of 2 Separate Download Accelerators Increase The Speed Even More?

I already use a Download Accelerator from and add-on to my Firefox.If I download an accelerator from another different source,will that increase the performance even more,making the downloads even faster?

Doubtful that it will make a difference. The only thing the download accelerator does is pick various download locations for chunks of data. You are still limited by the physical internet connection line. A second accelerator will also use more system resources and may conflict with the first download accelerator.

Bad analogy, sure, but a fun one.
 
Yeah, it's not really useful. Apparently there is a program that'll simultaneously connect you to multiple wireless networks and automatically split the download between all of the connections, but I'm sure you need legal access to said networks so you're not breaking into them and stealing bandwidth.

That is a VERY open ended question ... and I'm sure MANY people could come up with an answer of yes :lol
