Well, I know that the print-run for the game was limited to 8000 copies total (5000 regular edition and 3000 limited edition).
I have the LE version (which comes with a CD of the soundtrack). It's a really intriguing side-scroller. Very reliant on rank manipulation and milking (it borrows heavily from Battle Garegga in this respect), although, the Break Laser system is very much like Metal Black's.
BTW, Bluevoodu, you may want to keep a close eye on G-Rev's two newest NAOMI games that will most likely see limited Japanese DC releases: Senko No Ronde and Under Defeat.
