Bleach sequel PSP game for this Winter? What is it?

While on this site, I scrolled down and saw a "BLEACH ____ 2" for PSP. I never seen before, but I can't tell what the subtitle means.

I don't think any of the Bleach PSP games have actually come out in the US. If it's a sequel to something it's a sequel to one of the Japanese games. Heat the Soul is already on six, so I'd guess if it's only a #2 then it might be Bleach Carnival 2. Which was also a fighting game, it just had chibis.

Yeah, I tried googling it, but judging from the video. It didn't look chibi style so far. Yet I think it could be Carnival 2. I wish I wish could read it
