yeah I did miss that.... just curious Johan, you were embarrased with that?creepindeth04 said:Thats right. Nowadays there is something out there to satisfy your tastes. Although I dont know why he would be embarrassed about his DS.

The touch screen is cool, but the PSPs graphics wipe the DS across the floor. I have Ridge Racer and had tried it on the DS. It's amazing how much better it looks on the PSP, and it controls better too. I have NFSU:R and Wipeout, and I love NFSU. Wipeout I don't care for and may sell it for Metal Gear Acid. NFSU is pretty much like the other versions but simplified. Graphics are great on it.
The system itself I think is great. Games are great and factor in videos and music and you have a pretty complete package. Video playback is very good, especially UMD movies. Music playback is nothing special, just plays your mp3s. The system itself seems a little cramped sometimes but is a nice overall size. When you first open it you're amazed by the screen's size. The screen is downright beautiful. Memory sticks work fine, although buying them is less than ideal. If you don't need mp3s or videos on the PSP, then the 32mb stick it comes with is fine. I bought a 256mb Sandisk stick for $40. The screen is delicate though - I've treated mine like a first born and it still has some fine scratches in it. I bought Hori's screen protector which is actually really good (I bought it from here with FAST shipping). The system itself is very nice looking with thet reflective face. It's not as embarrasing to be seen with as the DS was. The battery is easily removable which is great for changing out batteries. Battery life is much better than predicted. I haven't played until my battery was dryer then the desert, but I could get about 8hours out of Ridge Racer. It's very dependent upon the game based on how much loading it requires. Anything else? <phew>
