Well, to be honest, many games have achievements that can only be acquired on Xbox Live.

And those are the ones that suck... 
for me at least. But those are for games that happen to invlove Online Multiplayers, like Gears of War, Dead or Alive and Project Gotham Racing for example.

Yeah. Personally, I think no more than 250 points should be for online only achievements, to be fair to non-XBL gamers.

yeah, i can get the vast majority of points from my games without going online. but when i see an achievement saying (played one game online) it makes me mad, just tempting me to pay for xbl
